Last week, More Than A Game asked you — our readers — to make their picks for the Premier League players of the season.
Check out the results below!
GOALKEEPER: JORDAN PICKFORD (EVERTON)
David Raya might have won the Golden Glove, but the Arsenal goalkeeper came third in our poll, with just 14% of the votes.
Aston Villa’s Emiliano Martinez garnered 21% to finish second, but the overwhelming winner was Jordan Pickford — the Everton and England shot-stopper, who kept 13 clean sheets in the Premier League — had 66% of the vote.
FULL-BACK: BEN WHITE (ARSENAL)
He won’t be going to Euro 2024, but Ben White has had a stellar campaign at right-back for Arsenal, and he takes the crown here with 35% of the vote.
Manchester City’s Kyle Walker came second (23%), Trent Alexander-Arnold and Destiny Udogie shared third place, on 19%, and Luton Town’s Alfie Doughty coming in fifth place.
CENTRE-BACK: WILLIAM SALIBA
A big win here for Arsenal’s William Saliba, and fairly so — the France international has been immense for the Gunners, who had the best defence in the Premier League.
Everton’s James Tarkowski got 27% of the vote, having played regularly for the Toffees, while Saliba’s partner Gabriel came third (15%).
Virgil van Dijk garnered 12% of the votes, with Tottenham’s Micky van de Ven at 4%.
CENTRE MIDFIELDER: RODRI (MAN CITY)
No surprises here. Declan Rice has had a fine first season at Arsenal, but Rodri simply had to win this vote.
The Man City star took 48% of the vote, with Rice at 24% and Arsenal playmaker Martin Odegaard at 20%. Alexis Mac Allister and Douglas Luiz shared the remaining 8% of votes.
WIDE PLAYERS: PHIL FODEN (MAN CITY)
An extremely tight race here, but it is Phil Foden — the Premier League Player of the Year — who came out on top against his former Man City team-mate Cole Palmer when it comes to wide players.
Foden scored 19 goals and set up a further eight for the champions, and took 48% of the votes. Palmer, meanwhile, had 44% — he scored 22 goals for Chelsea this term.
Anthony Gordon had an 8% share, after a hugely impressive season with Newcastle United.
FORWARDS: ERLING HAALAND (MAN CITY)
This could be seen as something of a surprise — even though Erling Haaland scored 27 goals to win his second Premier League Golden Boot, Ollie Watkins and Alexander Isak arguably had better individual campaigns.
Haaland, though, had 40% of the vote. Watkins was second, with 28%, ahead of Isak in third (20%). Dominic Solanke came in fourth, just ahead of Mohamed Salah.
