Scott McTominay is not the first British player to excel in Serie A in recent years.

Bologna have a fantastic player in Lewis Ferguson, while Aaron Hickey previously impressed in Italy before a move to Brentford. Ademola Lookman, who has switched allegiance to Nigeria from England, has starred for Atalanta.
McTominay, though, has taken Serie A by storm — and in the process, he might just be driving Napoli to the Scudetto.
